My experimental design (the method you will use to test your hypothesis):
I will gather second hand data on places where Cyclones which have been well publicised in the Media occured (eg. Cyclone tracy, Cyclone Larry). I will compare the average Water temperatures to the Water temperatures on the day of the Cyclone.
